Spreading the News About Life-Saving Solutions to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline at Any Age

We are survivors of Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline. Our friends, family and supporters are also here by our side. After being diagnosed, doctors told us there’s no viable solution. But we’ve since proven them wrong. Thanks to new research and treatment protocols, we’re back to our normal life.

Awareness Walk

Judy’s Walk Across America

I’m Patient Zero. I Recovered from Alzheimer’s and at Age 81 I’m Walking 3000 Miles Across America

I was the very first patient of the research neurologist who has helped Alzheimer’s sufferers put the misery of the disease behind them, Dr. Dale Bredesen. He calls me “Patient Zero,” the first known Alzheimer’s survivor. And now I’m on a new journey: Walking 3,000 miles across America to bring my personal life story to millions of Alzheimer’s sufferers and their supporters.

Our Mission

We Have Recovered from Alzheimer’s, and Our Mission Is to Share Our Story with the World

We want to share every detail of what we’ve experienced, learned, and continue to discover — to bring hope, awareness and practical knowledge to the millions who are feeling the helplessness and hopelessness we felt, but who also have the potential to recover, as we did. Our mission is twofold:

  • to promote awareness that there is reason for hope — it is possible to prevent or reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer’s; and
  • to be a resource for those looking for information on surviving Alzheimer’s.

We are telling our personal stories, and our own medical histories. The Alzheimer’s Survivors Foundation exists as an educational resource, a gathering spot, and a sounding board for those looking for help to prevent and reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer’s.
