Judy’s Walks Across the USA and the UK

I Recovered from Alzheimer’s. At Age 81, I Walked Coast to Coast Across the USA. Now I’m Walking Across the UK.

As the first known Alzheimer’s survivor, I walked 2,800 miles across America in 2025 to show the world that Alzheimer’s survivors exist. Now, at 82, I’m walking across the United Kingdom from Land’s End to London to carry that message even further.

Our Mission

We Have Recovered from Alzheimer’s, and Our Mission Is to Share Our Story with the World

The Mission of the Alzheimer’s Survivors Foundation centers on promoting prevention, reversal, and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Guided by the groundbreaking work of neurologist Dr. Dale Bredesen, we advocate following the Bredesen ReCODE Protocol, a personalized, root-cause approach, documented in clinical trials to improve symptoms and reverse cognitive decline.

Spreading the News About Life-Saving Solutions to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline at Any Age

We are survivors of Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline. Our friends, family and supporters are also here by our side. After being diagnosed, doctors told us there’s no viable solution. But we’ve since proven them wrong. Thanks to new research and treatment protocols, we’re back to our normal life.
