Effective Date: May 26, 2025
Welcome to the website of the Alzheimer’s Survivors Foundation, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are grateful for your interest and support. By accessing or using the reports, videos and other materials we provide, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our all our content, services, materials, and communications made available by our foundation.
1. Our Mission
The Alzheimer’s Survivors Foundation is a nonprofit, noncommercial organization created by individuals who have personally faced—and overcome—the challenges of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, along with their supporters, friends and others concerned about cognitive decline.
Our mission is to share the real-world knowledge, tools, and hope that helped us recover, so that others may have the opportunity to do the same. We support brain-health research, offer guidance based on our experience, and encourage a growing movement of survivors and families committed to living well beyond Alzheimer’s.
